AI Readiness & Ethics Assessment

We were asked to help our client assess their readiness to adopt AI solutions and the extent to which they were considering the ethics and privacy aspects. Our consulting engagement began with an assessment, evaluating existing infrastructure, data maturity, and staff skills. We then collaborated with the client to design and implement tailored AI ethics policies, focusing on transparency, fairness, and compliance. We also helped our client reshape their AI strategy to focus on efforts that delivered the most business value and had the most positive impact on their employee and client experiences.

Global Security Transformation

We were asked to deliver a cyber security operating model and transformed organisation, which balanced the competing pressures of the cyber threat landscape and cost. 

 

A foundational element of this programme was the establishment of an offshore Information Security Operations and Technology Risk capability, as well as the delivery of a programme of security improvement projects covering tooling, process and staff training.

AI Programme Delivery

Our clients faced the challenge of lots of different teams across their business 'playing' with AI, without there being any appreciable business benefit.

 

Our engagement focused on designing, developing, and delivering a strategic AI implementation roadmap. Starting with facilitating the development of our client's AI strategy, we then  identified the highest impact use cases and the measurable business benefits. Our clear programme and milestones, coupled with our tailored guidance, empowered our client to adopt AI in a much more thoughtful, less disruptive and impactful manner.

Identity & Access Management Transformation

Working for a global FTSE 100 company, we delivered year one savings of $6m in the total cost of ownership and operation of Identity & Access Management.

 

This was achieved by successfully delivering a global identity transformation across a user base of 110,000 employees. Our transformation focused on simplifying and harmonising technologies and working practices, including the implementation and embedding of transformed tools, processes and capabilities.
